Thank you very much to all of you who attended SSL’s Pinoy-Swedish barbecue last August 24 as we celebrated the last moments of summer. Although the weather was not the best that day, the food was able to make up for it!
And as promised, here is the recipe that we used!
Meat (We used pork, chicken feet, ribs, pork liver)
Banana ketchup (a true Filipino favorite!)
Sprite or 7-up
1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade together.
2. Marinade the meat with the barbecue sauce and refrigerate overnight (for best results).
3. Cook the marinated meat over the grill.
4. Use the remaining marinade to baste the meat in order to keep it from drying out.
